- Surplus carbs As stockpiled fuel, Carbohydrates store up in your body and unless you are about to do a great deal of work out sessions, you do not need it. By reducing the intake of carbohydrate, your body will adapt to retrieving the stored fuel and burn it off. In turn, you will deplete excessive fluids that cause a bloat.
